dhcp-failover (or the BIOS clock madness)

I have setup a peer failover for DHCP at work, this works very well on the whole and I’m very pleased with the result with the only caveat being that everytime that I restart the primary peer I would get a warning on the secondary peer saying:
Sep 20 14:09:37 vajraSecondary dhcpd: Failover CONNECT from dhcp-failover: [...]
